Yoga

Yoga is a beautiful way to say thank you to your body for all the things that it does. It unifies mind and body, and gives you space to get clarity and calmness in a busy life.

Acacia is teaching yoga on Sundays at 4pm at Mingara One Fitness, Tumbi Umbi.

Acacia is available for one-on-one or small group yoga (for you and friends) at Mingara One Fitness. Sessions are one hour and prices are found here.
